1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within [1–3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Note: Processing time may be slightly extended during high-volume peak seasons or holidays.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer the following shipping options for domestic deliveries within Qatar:

3. International Shipping

We do not ship internationally at this time. We currently focus exclusively on providing fast, reliable delivery to our customers within Qatar.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • Please note that our local couriers require a valid physical street address, building number, and zone number for delivery. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
